Conditioning Classes - Yoga & Pilates
Based on the foundation that the mind, body and heart work together to
achieve the ultimate physical, emotional and mental results, yoga and
pilates are meant to strengthen the body and aid in healing. This course
demands complete concentration and focus as it relaxes the body and helps
the student to achieve greater flexibility, control and balance. Not
recommended for younger students, this class can enrich the daily
performance of dancers and non-dancers alike.
