Jessica was born in Shawnee, Kansas and began dancing at Dixie Bell Dance Center at the age of 5. She progressed in her dance studies quickly, joining the competition team for Dixie Bell, KC Tap and Jazz Troupe, at the age of 9. Her love of dancing and her enjoyment in helping others prompted her to try her hand at assistant teaching, and she soon became one of Miss Heather's strongest assistants.

Jessica was named the Dixie Bell Studio Dancer of the Year in 2005. She has also choreographed for school talent shows and has consulted on several projects under Miss Heather's instruction. She is currently a Senior member of the ATRM Dance Company, where she competes regionally and nationally with jazz, hip hop and ballet.

Jessica will be joining the ATRM faculty in 2007 as a jazz instructor. ATRM is excited to have Jessica's talent and enthusiasm on our team!
