Melanie was born in Kansas City, Missouri in 1988. She took her first dance class when she was four, but began to take dance seriously when she turned twelve. She tried many different styles of dance at many different studios over the years but finished out most of her high school career under Miss Heather's instruction.

She is now a sophomore at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. She is currently an English major with a minor in Dance, and is enjoying her second year on the Benedictine College Spirit Squad as a member of the Dance Team.

Melanie is thrilled to return to ATRM as an instructor and share her passion for dance with her students!
