Ty has loved music since he was a child, so dancing has come naturally. He grew up a big Michel Jackson fan and imitating all of his dance moves. In 8th grade, Ty and his ventured into hip-hop. They eventually started a breaking/ popping crew called "The Suicide Kings". Then in 10th grade, they joined up with a few other dancers and formed "The Bugg'N'Out Crew". Ty was in this crew for the rest of his high school days.

During his college years, Ty focused on playing football. He played in Coffeyville, Kansas for 2 years. He then met his future wife during his last semester of junior college. Maya and Ty will be married this next September!

Maya introduced Ty to Heather & Bryan, owners of All The Right Moves Dance Co. Ty began teaching his first class in the summer of 2006 and hopes to help the studio, the ATRM staff, and the kids in any way he can. He now teaches breakdancing and hip hop classes, and will begin teaching a fitness class in the summer of 2007! We are so excited to have his talent in our ATRM family!
